Mount Transfer

I heard we could transfer mounts from our characters to our alts on the same account/server by submitting a ticket. How would i get this started?

First, head over to Customer Support, register an account using the same email address as your game account and start the process by:

However, Frogster has changed their stance on this in the past months and they are very likely to say 'no'.

But I suppose it doesn't hurt trying...
