Secondary Password Recovery

HELP! I am beginning to believe that the "frogster support center" is a myth! I have submitted a ticket almost 5 days ago now stating that I NEED MY SECONDARY PASSWORD RESET! And still nothing. I have called the support center and no one answers...imagine that. I have no edited my ticket in any way so it has not went down the list...I am tired of waiting and want my main back. I have spent real money on that particular character and I can't even access it. It has been a couple years since I have played RoM and was wanting to come back and play some more. However with this problem I may never be able to play....Anyone else out there that could help?
