New Password help/ can't buy diamonds

I was trying to log in on the Diamonds Recharge page, when it said my password didn't work. I thought I may have changed it since I was one of the people affected by the hacking event. Clicked on "Forgot Password" and received this in my e-mail...


You can login and change your password with the above data in "User info" at:

https://account.frogster-america.com/

Please change game password separately at "My Accounts".

Clicked on that link and nowhere do I see any tabs with "User info" or "My Accounts", only Home and Support. So I searched a bit more and tried passwords again, still no luck. Decided to click on "Forgot your PW?" on the Frogster America homepage...

Put in my e-mail address and now it says I have no account associated with that e-mail address.

Any help?

Hello DonJose,

I am a little confused as to what the problem is... but I will try to help.

Are you trying to change your game password or your Frogster America password?

In order for you to purchase diamonds, you need to log in with your Frogster America account. Not your game account.

If you are trying to change the password for your Frogster America account because you forgot it and you forgot which e-mail you used. I suggest you submit a support ticket (you can find the link in my signature) and get support to help you out.
