Game crashing on start up.

When i hit game start a window pos up for a few seconds. then the screen goes black then a window pops up telling me it crashed and asks me if i would like to send a report.

The problem is your processor.

It has exactly enough power to run the game- and no more than that. (It can't run the operating system and other programs at the same time with ROM's minimum cpu requirement, which is 2.0 ghz.)

I'd also suggest finding something other than a notebook to play on, as they aren't made for games beyond your standard solitaire.

The other problem is your memory. Page File: 2255MB used, 3068MB available means you only have 813 MB available for use. ROM can pull over 1.5 GB of memory at a time by itself.

I can agree with LadyMac but I also see that your video drover is outdated. Upgrading the system memory should help some if you can get it to 4gigs+ (your system can handle 8 gigs). But you still will have to update the video drivers.

I abreviated most of it to keep the space down. I will be upgrading the memory myself soon on this one. My other notebook is a Gateway FX but atm it is out of commision waiting on parts to get it fixed. And yes even my video driver is outdated but until it starts to screw up I will leave it alone.

Final word on this:

The AMD C-50 processor is not supported by or in our game. It falls well below our minimum system requirements. It is unlikely that you will be able to play RoM on this computer. Even if you should be able to get the client to run, gameplay will be far less than optimal and would be very slow and laggy.
