not sure if this is the correct forum,
trying to buy the 99 dollar packege with paypal and it keeps coming up with error, but lets me buy the smallest pakage of 150 dias with paypal? any ideas?
may have found the answer: even though im using paypal the money is coming off a debit card and it dosnt accept debit cards the 99 dollar package but the rest do. could this be the problem?
As KatalanOrk said, this is a billing issue, which cannot be handled on the forums. You should contact Support about this. Use the link in my sig below or one of the Support links on the website's main page.
When you have arrived at our Support Portal you will have to create a Support account. When you create the account, you will need to use the email account that is linked to your forum/game account. You
must do this, or Support cannot help you.
Once you've created a Support account and have logged in, find the "Ask a Question" button. Click it, and you will see a web fiield which will allow you to enter a subject (billing issue with PayPal, in this case), enter your issue information in the text box provided, and then select the Product (RoM) and Category (My Account), along with your account name and main character name.
After that, you can indicate the US servers and the server your account/character is on.
Give Support as complete and accurate description of the issue as you can, including the fact that you've been trying to purchase the $99 diamond package through PayPal and a debit card.
Be aware that you will receive an automated response. Please answer this, as it indicates to Support that the issue is still active. It may take several days for Support to respond again, directly on your issue.
