Ok, so I'm having a weird problem. I was having problems with constant crashing, so I unistalled RoM with the intention of re-installing it. When the uninstall finished, I got a "some files were not removed" error message, although I checked the c: drive and they had been deleted.
I had a previous file version of the slim client (patch 4.3 or something) already downloaded, so I started the install using the RoMSetup.exe file. Download worked fine until started patching. Finished maybe one or two patches and then I got an error message (can't remember what it was off the top of my head) and it stopped patching.
I thought it might have been a problem with the files since they were old, so I went into the c: drive and tried to delete the already installed files manually. However, I got a "cannot delete files. You do not have administrator privileges." error. I am the admin of my computer and have full control, and have uninstalled and deleted more things than I can count. What could the problem be, and what should I do to fix it? Thanks!
