Reporting Hackers

Where do you actually report hackers in this game? Today during SW we had hackers that somehow getting around cooldowns of skills and the global cooldown. The guild we facing today had a player that was able to somehow get around the recast of spells as well as the global cool down. Our players kept being hit by a combination of Magma Blade > Magma Blade > Fireball all within under 1 second. There is no legal way that a player can have a Macro or Rotation of this and have it all cast within 1 second.

Yes, you could. Magma blade hits twice, so theres your 2 magma blades, and if fireball is cast immediately after the magma blade, you'll get hit 3 times at near the same time.

Don't be so quick to call hacks on skills you don't understand.

So, I assume you mean that player 1 and player 2 gets hit by magma blade and fire ball combo back to back?
If so, there's something wrong.

But pls know that magna hit twice and fireball can be use like immediately after magna blade.
Same things applies to flame+fireball. So if that's the case it's normal. :)

ya he killed 3 guys all under 2 seconds with a magma blade > magma blade > fireball combo. None of those moves are AoE so he would still have the cool down from the magma blade's after the fireballs. I know magma blade 2 hits that not what i'm saying is hacking, I am saying he doing the rotation 3x's in under 2 seconds. I died, team mate died, 3rd team mate died all back to back.

Also not to add insult to the injury he causing, this was 3rd time we faced him in under a week, yet not the same guilds. Got to love guild hoppers that merc themself out for lower score guilds. But in all honesty not sure why even posted in first place, RoM would never actually do anything to these people.

6 second CD on Magma Blade so I have no idea how he is casting it 3 times in under 2 seconds, doubt lag would explain that..

Fraps would be your only chance of getting it checked. Not saying it is a hack tho, time flies when in combat.

Ok if that's the case send in a ticket regarding this issue, put the name and server that guy is on and clearly indicated what Caused your suspicion that a hack was used.
