Last week I tried to buy dias and forgot that the "e-mail" was actually acct name on the dias page, so I tried a few times to enter the info but got a message that my acct was blocked cause I made to many mistakes and was suppose to receive an email to unblock it but didn't get anything from u guys. So a week has past and still nothing. I thought it would be an automated response but I guess the machine got broken???
Now how do I go and have my acct unblocked?? I miss the sell because of this..not a happy camper here...
