Diamond purchasing and no diamonds in my account
i recently purchased diamond from our friendly recharging site on runes of magic and completed my purchase at 857 pm est on july 27th exactally 21.5 hours ago i used zeevex cards to purchase my diamonds like i do most of the time and now i have yet to see those diamonds credited to me in my account in game and this is getting very annoying i put a ticket in on this and have yet to recieve any response other then the typical auto response saying they got my ticket. i wanted this purchase cause in a few days i will be moving and i wante some of the bls that are on sale in the shop before they go off sale for another month or so has anyone else had or are having this issue and if so has it been resolved or have yu gotten any answer on ROM's part as to what the problem is
