Account does not exist

I am able to use my account to log into game and it works fine, I am also able to log into forums as you can see now and have no problem accessing it. However when I try to log into the runes of magic us website I have experienced some issue with that.

I entered my correct email and password but it told me "Account does not exist. Please register" message. I figured I may just need to reset my password so I followed the steps in this thread:

After following the steps and succesfully resetting my password, I am still unable to log in or change my password. The same error message ensues. What should I do?

You made sure you had the US flag selected in the upper right? It defaults to UK. I had done this when trying to redeem those free wings they gave away a few days ago. I hope its that simple for you good luck.
