Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my issue. I tried the
Support tab, but it doesn't help with my particular problem.
I created this alternative account in order to post this. I am a
new player and attempted to create an account using my email address
that I use on a DAILY basis. However, when I clicked "Play Now for Free"
a message appeared that says "Your email address is already registered with us".
Now...I don't recall ever registering my email on this game, but thought
maybe I did register here and I forgot about it. So, I went ahead and
clicked the "Reset Password" and typed in my email. Now, it went through,
saying that my "Email was sent successfully. Check your email inbox". So,
I logged into my email account and waited....and waited...and waited.
I didn't get a reset link what-so-ever. This leads me to believe that my
email is being used by someone else. If a GM or Tech support is able to
help me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
