Why should we have to send in reports of gold spammers? We don't get paid or rewarded for protecting a game with very little customer support. Why is it that the people that run the game do not play it? When someone needs help immediately we have no one to run to without a 3-10 day wait and by then the issue is null and void. I know you guys changed your "expedited" tickets, but would it be too much to hire or find volunteers to provide "IMMEDIATE" in game support for a change? This game is already losing players, hell I don't even think I'll be playing a week from now. I don't think that I should spend my time sending in reports of gold spammers, because if any of you gm's/cm's took a damn trip to Logar on Palenque at the mailbox they would have a chat box full of garbage. Its been that way for the entire year I've been playing, You can not tell me that someone had not reported that in the year, or a CM did not pass by that mailbox at some point.

P.S. attached is screenshot, this is what my whispers look like when I'm AFK, I shouldn't have to go get an addon from a unsecured site to prevent the crap you guys should be dealing with.

Wait, something does not work? Blasphemy!:p

But still to turn in gold spammers, botters, cheaters and hackers, it would be nice to ge ta little something back. Egg rice dumplings, little magic biscuits etc. And get the power that be, to sop saying we cannot prove that they are botting and blablabla, same pattern on and on, turns like a damn robot to redo path etc. People using BOT program to do TAZ all day and they are not even there, auto log on and off. People in say chat saying they are making 30K to 50K P-tokens a day. LOL no one is worried of how much this is costing Gameforge in loss of revenue?

A little more in game support and rewards would be appreciated. As per M. Preisdent gave away Egg rice dumplings in World on RENI the other day and said don't sell them on AH or world. I have kept mine and used them to run instances for guildies, a bunch of others just started selling them on the spot. Would be nice that player who uses those to play and not make money out of them, get them next time and the others who sold them out never get them anymore ;-).

Since we can't buy them from AH or get the recipe to make them, they should be appreciated. Anyways i like the new changes and hope more is comning, thx.

There are ways to afk kill gold spammers. The only GM message forbiding afk killing is outside varanas, where the gold spammers used to park their toons. This will not only help relieve stress, but you will be helping froggy by ridding taboera of the gold spammers that are cutting into their profits. Win-win for everyone :-)

Er, we don't need "rewards" for reporting spammers. We already get a reward. Less spammers. They're not all over the place anymore.

@ OP - Spammers are "crap" the GMs deal with, probably every day. Gold spammers can't be fully eradicated. This game is free, so there's nothing to stop someone from switching their IP and creating a new account to spam on. Every time GMs ban one account, another pops right back up. They can't exactly be policing the whole server 24/7. Honestly, it's much better than it used to be.
