Can't see other peoples spells?
I've noticed that I can no longer see other peoples spell effects when they are casting, or have a buff that gives you an effect around you. Is there a fix to this?
Go to interface settings. Go to video settings. Uncheck hide other characters spell effects.

No problem. Be more useful if there was an option to turn off other effects. Like those orbs in Inferno Gardens.
