after entering acct info and pw, (on character selection screen) i am unable to log in. I click enter world, and nothing happens. I downloaded a new client and did a fresh install. nothing.....Then after reading the forums, i deleted the character files in documents> runes of magic. still nothing....I have submitted support tickets, and after i confirm my email, i dont hear anything else from them. It has been about 50 days now. All of my money/ unsold items from auction house expire after 30 days, and im missing out on all the sales. can i get any help?!!
