Please help, I can't login to Account Management

Hey I really need help, I bought 505 diamonds they haven't shown up (like 2-3 hours ago) and I can't even login to frogster account management, I've tried using my username/pass and my email/pass I type in my info then click login and it just stays at a blank white screen. I'm starting to really get frustrated, and I made a ticket for the diamond issue but since the site has like 13 different support websites Idk where it was anymore. Please help with the frogster account management info, that's what I really need help with!

Look up the new support portal thread recently made by Dionaea , i cant link it as im still at work.if that doesnt work try sending her a pm . She will send you in the right direction. I hope this helps.

Account Management is now built-in to the main site. The old Account Management site is defunct and they really need to remove the link to it.

Ty so much! That was the site you were talking about, the one with the ticket I posted. Except now it's gone. I'm gonna be pissed if they "read" it and deleted it!

If you are a first-time diamond buyer (first time on the account) and depending on your purchase method plus when (time of week) you made the purchase, it can take up to 48 hours for your purchase to process. The fastest processes are with a credit card or a game card, the slowest is through PayPal, especially on a weekend.
