Hello, i've recently started playing RoM, and a few hours ago I urchased some diamonds through paypal. I recieved my paypal receipt, but the diamonds have not shown up on my account, even a few hours and complete restarts later, any advise?

If you are haven't recieved your Diamonds, i'd advice putting in a ticket with details like;
- Receipt No.
- Account Name
- date and time of purchase
- and i guess how much you bought
(Don't include your password in the tickets)


Put it in the ticket at their Billing Department;

The first payment through the PayPal gateway can take up to 24 hours to clear. This is a Paypal protection to make sure you actually ordered and your account wasn't compromised. Subsequent orders will be near immediate. They are good about honoring diamond sales in these types of situations so you should be good to go

Yeah, my first order through PayPal took about 6 hours.. I didn't know about the delay either. After 4 hours, I submitted a ticket, then 2 hours later had to update it saying "Whoops! My bad!" :-)
