password

i am having an issue with my account. it says my password is not correct. i know i am typing it correct. i sent a ticket into game forge for it but i really don't want to have to wait another week to hear back from them. is there anything i can do.. i have tried to input it for the last 50 minutes now, all the different combinations i use just in case i am doing something wrong. nothing is working i am really starting to reach the end of my tolerance for this game and the issues i am having.

Hello there, and sorry to hear that you're having password issues.

First, let's make sure you're trying to log in to the correct region - Make sure your client is set to United States as the region, using the "Region/Language" button. If it is already set to United States, then move to the steps below. If not, change it and attempt to log in again.

There are several passwords for Runes of Magic, so we'll clarify which you are looking for next.

The first password is the password you create when you create an account. This is your game account password.

If you have lost your Game account password, you can reset it at http://us.runesofmagic.com/us/forgot-password.html - It will be sent to your registered e-mail, providing that this is the only account tied to that registered e-mail.

The next password is the Secondary Password.

If you have the Game password, but have forgotten the Secondary password that is requested when you select a server, then you can change that at http://us.runesofmagic.com/us/account.html - log in with your game account name (e-mail address works too)and game account password, and then change your secondary password there.
