Sir-Crashes-Alot

i have reinstalled the client, updated my laptops drivers, ran various scans, direct x is up to date, did manual download updates for the game as well. still crashes when i try to go to world from char screen? wtf........ this all started happening when the new lv77 patch was installed.

thank you rom for messing up Reni...i just made a new character on Artemis and it loaded just fine........
