Password & Multiple Accounts Problems

I'm returning to the game after a few years not playing and after coming back I'm running into a few problems.

First, because I couldn't remember my password, I had to use the form to reset it. Problem is I can't change it from the one you guys provided to me. I go to http://us.runesofmagic.com/us/account.html and the button that is under the section "current password" to "change" doesn't light up for me at all. I can't enter a secondary password either which I'm assuming is needed to log into the game in addition to the diamond transactions. Neither button is lit up for me to be able to click.

Second is that it says I have multiple accounts attached to my email address (& the one) and it wants me to "separate" but when I click on the button to "separate" all it does is take me to the ROM homepage. It doesn't actually do anything. The URL for the "separate" button is just http://us.runesofmagic.com/ so I"m not even sure what its supposed to accomplish. The account shows that the last change made to it was on 2/11/13 while the account shows 1/1/70 as the last time it was changed. I'm not even sure why it would say 1970 was the last time it was changed when this company wasn't even around back then nor do I remember ever creating two accounts.

Lastly, can you just delete the account as I don't want to run into any problems when I finally finish downloading & installing the game and actually try to access the game. I'm hoping that my problems will be solved by that time.

The request you've made sounds like one you will need to address to the support team - the forums, sadly, cannot help with this issue.

How do I contact the support team without being ingame? I'm fairly sure that after reading another post in the Tech Support forums about a password that I won't be able to log into the game since I don't have a secondary password at all & can't change my primary or secondary password.

the support page/helpdesk is not reconizeing members or their passwords or e-mails.

**NM Found out how to do it.

You make your secondary password when you first enter the server, but there is a ongoing problem with the system at the moment where its locking people out of their alt servers so join one server for now.
