Need help with activating account

Back in sept-19-2012 I had received a "Runes of Magic account deactivated". None of the links works. I need to activate it since my diamonds and game log in is tied to it. how do I send in the email address so as to receive an Unblock Key.

I believe the only thing you can do here is contact Customer Support.
