Suspended for getting lent gold? Why...? -.-

I started playing a couple of days ago after quitting around 09/10. After some effort of going through my old contacts I managed to convince one of my old guild mates to go online again and lend me some gold that he no longer needed. He sent it to me through the mailbox system and I got it, played with it, and I thought everything was fine.

I wake up this morning and try to log in and my account is suspended. Since when is borrowing money worthy of a ban? It's literally been no more than 12 hours since he sent me anything. What do I do -.- and how do I get unsuspended as quickly as possible so I can play again...

This is getting ridiculous. Does anyone have a phone number at which I can call Frogster? I should not have to wait forever to get this resolved.

You can't call frogster as it does not exist anymore, and new support is based in Germany, not sure if you like to call them.

Did you try tocontact support?

Yeah I contacted support... but I really don't want to have to wait multiple days... I'm trying to play the game.

I tried to call the Germany number but I don't have access to a phone that can make international calls :/

Sit back. For me, average wait time on a human reply to support tickets is about one to three weeks.

1 to 3 weeks O.O. What the hell. I'm likely to quit of boredom in that time. I was about to spend $200 on diamonds this week to stat my character too..... fml

Don't get discouraged, as some report to have faster response (next day), while other still wait for any response. (no response at all)

IMHO, create new character and play until they get back to you.

ps. Not sure how do you stat your character with DIAS. :)

I have a ton of yellow & green stats but can't put them on gear with any purified fusion stones.

A new character won't do me anything except wasting my time... What's the point, when I get my main char back I'll likely never touch the weaker one again. Lameee

Not completely true...

With some basic help it would take you 2 days of questing to get one side to level 50. If power leveled, it is possible to get it in a day.

No one stat with greens, and even DoD stats are obsolete... (not to mention HOS and everything lower)

HOS Stats? And since I recently only started playing again, I don't have anyone to help me power level.

On my main M/P I just recently completed my Robe Top... 6 Yellow Stats all above 121-141 Stam/Intellect, though doesn't look like I'll be playing with that any time soon -.-.

Unfortunately, pleading your case on the forums does no good at all. A game account suspension, for whatever reason, is not something which can be handled by the CM Team. This is something that needs to be taken up with Support.

Since you've already done that, I'm closing the thread.
