UI totally absent after switching characters

Along with this, none of my game settings will save. Action Bar positions and addon settings save fine.

Every single time I return to character selection from being ingame, and log back into my character, or to another character, the UI is totally absent. I can walk around, but I can't cast any spells, can't talk to anyone, can't interact with anything, nothing.

It really sucks because I have to reload my client every time I want to switch characters or log in and out. I'm not sure what the issue is

Try pulling out the hidden folder "Runes of Magic" in the "My Documents" folder, see if that does anything. Dont have to delete it or anything, just drag it to your desktop and start up the game. What this does is make it so youre essentially loading up the client without any UI/User settings, the client automatically creates a new, clean slate, if you will.

See if doing that helps with being able to click/cast spells. If it does, then there was more than likely a corrupted save file (happens...a lot).

If that doesnt help, simply put in the folder back where it was and youll have your settings back. After that, I would try taking out your addons, as that is the next likely culprit.

I doubt it's that because when I use Task Manager to close out the game(there's no other way when it gets like that), I just reload it and everything is perfect... with the exception of none of my client audio/video settings save. '

I'm more concerned with the UI errors than anything.

Though I'll try your suggestion in a bit when I can get on and play
