Runes of Magic US / AU

Hey guyz, my new char can't seem to retain levels. I mean, it levels fine but when I log out and come back in again, the levels go back to Level 0, yep 0 not 1.

Anyone experienced this glitch before? Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Hi effervescent, thanks for the quick reply. And thanks for the link, read it and it seems it's the same issue I'm experiencing.

Problem is it's hard for me to just delete this new char. I have already spent tons of dias on its costumes and mounts, and also tons of gold for its maids and equipment and exp orbs. I guess I'll just have to write a support ticket for this. I am ok with creating a new char as long as they transfer all this glitched char's items to the new one.

EDIT: Hi Zavod, I can't remember when exactly, is there any way for me to know when I created that char?

But anyway, yep, it seems that it's around the time when they were having problems with the database when I created the char.

My only concern now is if they will be willing to transfer this glitched char's items to a new one. Do you think they will do this for me?

That's what I was planning to do from the start. Just wanted to have an idea first of what my chances are in getting my request granted.
