Doesnt finish Download/Update

Just finished downloading the game today and when to the pop up screen for the installation and updates and all goes well but when it gets to 100% on top and 79% below it it pops up the runes of magic update 5.0.7.2611.en box and runs its course when thats finished everything just exits out and im back at my desktop with nothing to show. is there somthing more i need to do? would really appreciate some assistance.

It's possible that your antivirus application is causing the issue. I recommend temporarily disabling it while installng and updating the game, then re-enabling it afterwards.
