Okay, so called PayPal and there is nothing that I can do as of yet... Frogster America has to finish the action; paypal's dispute was sent to an email:

It is no longer my issue, is there any way I can be unbanned. I have called PayPal and no assistance, it is simply Frogster's turn in this issue to make the move. I have called numerous numbers for Frogster America and no answers and the frogster-america.com page is down for maintenance.
I just want to play Runes of Magic and I do not want to have to wait until another business day roles around in order to be unbanned, because unfortunately I get back to business as well, on top of my online school work. I do not have any time to play during the week and this is the most frustrating issue to have to deal with this weekend, specially after a large patch release.
