Runes of Magic US / AU

I recently bought $20.00 worth of diamonds using my paypal account on my game account [removed]. The $20 went through, paypal took the money off of my checking account and then the amount was paid to Frogster America. Later I went back to buy some additional diamonds and paypal stopped the transaction and so stopped it a second time when I tried again. Paypal suspected suspicious activity on my account and stopped my account from buying anything. I believe this caused my original $20 to be halted and thus, Frogster didn't get its money, however, since it did get its money to begin with and I was credited my rightful amount of diamonds, my account was banned after Frogster lost it's end of the transaction. I understand this to be an anti-fraud system, however, I am still banned. I just want to be able to play, but I do not know how to go about fixing this issue. I have unlocked my paypal account, yet it says that the transaction was complete and I fear there is nothing that I can do on my side of the situation any more, yet I am missing out of the ONLY time I am able to play (the weekends) because of this issue and it is really upsetting to know that I am missing out on the sales and my goals for this weekend.

I was purchasing more diamonds for the on sale daily tickets to complete the leveling of my secondary character as well as use them for currency to gather materials to tier up my new lvl 80 OD hammer... It was going to be a good weekend but now I am stuck being banned and only playing other games...

I will double check on that right now before I head onto bed. If it is not there then I will give paypal a call in the morning to settle this issue and then continue my spending spree on RoM in the morning.

Thought this was important, so figured I would share before getting off my laptop. My balance is currently $0.00, which means the money was not sent back to me, however, under the "Resolution Center" of my paypal account, the item is posted as an open case. It's status says that it is waiting on a reply from the seller, which would be Frogster America I would assume. There is no action as far as I can see for me to manually allow this transaction since it is under "investigation."

I usually use paypal to avoid this crap, because I know my card won't allow direct payment to the seller. I've not had this issue in the past, today is a first. I will do some further investigation of my own, and call paypal support in the morning in the event that the issue is not settled.

Okay, so called PayPal and there is nothing that I can do as of yet... Frogster America has to finish the action; paypal's dispute was sent to an email: paypal@frogster-america.com

It is no longer my issue, is there any way I can be unbanned. I have called PayPal and no assistance, it is simply Frogster's turn in this issue to make the move. I have called numerous numbers for Frogster America and no answers and the frogster-america.com page is down for maintenance.

I just want to play Runes of Magic and I do not want to have to wait until another business day roles around in order to be unbanned, because unfortunately I get back to business as well, on top of my online school work. I do not have any time to play during the week and this is the most frustrating issue to have to deal with this weekend, specially after a large patch release.

Nah you should be good, the only reason I am banned is because they did give me the diamonds and they couldn't take them back. I assume you're fine, but I was gonna spend another handful to buy dailies and get my Rogue up to 70! Get that elite skill lol... But oh well, I REALLY hope this is fixed.

Fortunately, I just got my fishing license for North Carolina since moving up here to work, so I'll be doing that some tonight. And worst case I just play some League of Legends or work on my online course work this weekend...
