Is Support Broken?

I have been completely unable to contact support. I had a support account but can no longer connect to it. Somehow the password is lost. When I click on the lost password section I enter my email and it says it is sending me a fix but for the last weeks I have never gotten the email to create a new support password. Only once did I get a password change link and when I used it and it changed my password on the game. But not the Support account. I have had the same problem with the website. I can play the game with no problem and change my password for the game and for the Forums and recover lost passwords there but never the Support or Website. Please help me.

Have you registered at the Support site since the change a few months after chapter 5 came out?

I registered there but lost the password, so when i try to reset the lost password on support it doesn't send me the email.

If you have a second account tied to a different email address, you are welcome to create a new Support account (with a different name, of course) and use that one to work with Support.
