Secondary Password Issues

I'm trying to get back into playing the game after a long hiatus, however I seem to have forgotten my secondary password. After reading over everything on the forums here and finding the support link (http://support.frogster-online.com/) I still haven't found a fix. The link for support is broken and it says the webpage doesn't exist. And trying to log into my frogster with gameforge isn't working either as its telling me my information is incorrect.

I'd really like to try playing again, so does anyone have any help with how I can get in contact with support to reset my secondary password?

Haven't been able to contact support for a while. Tried to reset passwords for support and web page but can't.. Why you would need a password to get to support for help is just weird and poorly planned. You need support to reset your password but you need your password to get into support wonderful..

Go to Runes of Magic US - Account enter your login details, from the next screen you can reset your secondary password. It will send a link to your registered email address, click that link to confirm.

Also, make sure that the listed email address is active and accessible! If it's not active/accessible, change it before requesting the password change.

Customer Support has gone through several revamps in the past year and a bit and it has been necessary that we re-register at their site each time. The current site is http://support.runesofmagic.com/ but Secondary Passwords can be reset via the Account Management link that ArkanaROM posted.

I've tried that and while it resets the secondary password, it does not reset it for Osha. It resets it for all the other servers but not the one I play on. I can't seem to find the issue or how to fix it so that it will reset Osha. Any ideas?

Yeah, I did that. Four days ago. I appreciate the help from both you and Kalvan but I'm probably just going to uninstall the game again. It shouldn't be this troublesome to play a video game. I play to de-stress, not to add extra. I just didn't realize things had gone this far downhill since I played last. Again, thank you for the help, and good luck in your future endeavors.

That's all? Support are currently running very slowly (which is also very annoying when you have an open ticket) but they will answer your ticket when they come to it in the queue.
