good evening. i stopped playing a long while ago. got an e mail about and update in game , thought heck ill try it out again. i can log into game no troubles, all my characters are there money etc is all good in game. i can even log into the forums still. lol. my trouble is i can log into the website itself. wanted to buy diamonds but every time it asks for my pword its incorrect. ive sent about a million (exaggerating) requests to reset the p word today and when i get a mail and click on the link i get a red box that says "unhanded data base exception in the box where i should be resetting my p word. nothing else is given. some of my pals are coming back to play this summer and id like to get my account in order so i can buy diamonds again. thank you for taking the time to read this. please advise on what to do.

ps. i do have a ticket submited to gameforge as well. i had to sighn up with them today too.

well i tried that but its not working. its like something is blocking me from getting any changes on my pasword recovery what so ever. and the top right hand corner is asking me for my e mail to log in not just my login name. . i tried to even go in and change my password and it still get "unhandled database exception in a small red box. .. who knew it was still so difficult to get diamonds in this game. thats what turned me off last time was all the hassles..how can i log into my game yet not log into the web page that sends me to the diamond page. and yet, i can still log into the forums... go figure..

double checked . the top of the page asks for my e mail and word. the log in button is a gold button. i tried to log in as i would in game. name and p word. still says not there...

hey wanted to tell you thank you for keeping tabs on my posts. i just woke up. update. so i clicked on your link and loged on as i would in game. apears to be good so far. now i clicked on the blue recharge diamonds button it says In order to recharge your balance, please log into the account management system... so i go to the top of page . account.. go down to managment. click on it. it asks for e mail address and password. there is a log on with facebook and a gold log in button. i enter the e mail and my p word.. account does not exist.. i enter my login name and p word. account does not exist. sigh.... i am telling you something is blocking me somewhere. . and to just double check i just logged into my game just now no troubles. . i dont get what it is that is keeping me from moving forward..

tried that just now. it just sends me to the same page that wont let me log in.. ive got diamonds . 3 k. aprox. so i know that it worked before. i stopped playing for a little over a year. .nothing has changed, so i dont understand why it wont take my log ins. ive not changed anythign at all everything is still the same.
