Support broken and game glitchs

Ok so i had another player send me alot of materials in game to make foods i took these out of my mail and added them to one of my house chests relogged and they have all disapeared. I cannot log into support to post a ticket (its telling me wrong information) and support isnt sending me a reset to my email linked to my account any ideas what to try next ?

Did you re-register with the Support site since they last updated their systems?

I have the same issue on my main and yes i have reregistered. can't even post anything to support because it says my pw is wrong. So tell me how im supposed to "report a problem" if they cant even fix theirs?
