Loading character stuck

So,Everything's in the title, when i go up to the loading character page ,the bar get stuck ,its not working with all my character ,but if i create a new one it will work only one time...need help

Sorry to not get back to you sooner - I've been a little busy today...

Try going into your "My Documents" folder and temporarily renaming the hidden "Runes of Magic" folder where all character settings are stored.

Then, launch the client and try logging in. If it loads successfully, it will recreate default settings for each character and if it continues to load after relogs then something has gone wrong in your original folder and it's best deleted.

If however, the situation remains the same, then the only thing I can think of to suggest is a redownload of the game client and a re-install. However, you could also try filing a ticket with Customer Support - try to give them as much detail as possible about the problem, when it started, etc.
