Why wont password reset work ?

Why wont password reset work ?

When will i beable to reset me password? This has been a issue sence GameFordge took over. Please get on the ball and fix some of the stuff that matters.
Example: I made a new account so i can play while a ticket to reset my password was waiting for reply. with in 24hrs the new accounts password wont work any more.
Now i have spent a pretty good amount of cash with your company and i am pretty tierd of the horrible support. IM/email or what the hell ever so can get my fing account back.

First off profanity will get you nowhere.second this issue is known.
The only ones that can help you is support.i know support is still backed up from recent events.
So far the move to Karlsruhe is looking good to me.i do believe that things will get better.
Gameforge is training new support staff,this will make for faster ticket replies and hopefully solve these issues.

Your right. I am just pretty flustered with support with dealing with frogster for a while. But this account is pretty old and a lot of time and money put into it. I did talk to a admin on the IRC and he helped me. So know i understand why they cant manualy reset it right now.

I know everyone's frustration with the password problems. I also am having a lot of problems with the passwords for the forums and the website

. It said it was fixed but I still cant get on the website no mater how many times I summit a request. I was able to get into the forums this time only as soon as a changed my password and logged out and tried to log back in it said user name not valid, had to go back to the email and go that route to make this post. But I know when I log out again I wont be able to get back in. I know they are working on it and trying to fix the issue. So I will be patient and wait. I sent in tickets so hopefully they will fix this issue.

Update to the forum password it is working

I guess when I log out it goes to EU and I need to pick US every time. Hopefully the website will also be fixed

update2: got on the website

all is better only my secondary account though not my main account, so cant buy diamonds on my main account, only on my secondary account but at least its going in the right direction. thank you RoM
