You will need to contact Support. Use the Support link on the main website page to do this. If you haven't already done so, you will need to create a Support account with them. I'd recommend using the email address that's already linked to your existing game account. If that's not possible because the email account is no longer active, you can use another email account for that. Just make sure you monitor that account for when Support contacts you.
Once you've done that, you can create a ticket to ask them to reset your primary and secondary game passwords. Be sure to include the game account name, main server, main character name on that server, and, if you play on more than one server, the names of all the servers you have played on. If you play on multiple servers, ask them to reset the primary and secondary passwords for those servers.
It may take Support several days to contact you. They've been very busy lately and are also in the process of moving their offices from Berlin to Karlsruhe, while also hiring and training new personnel. So please be patient.
