Can't Enter Game with Toon

This morning I was questing in the new zone Sarlo, and then I crashed with the usual critical error prompt. After I restarted up a new client for RoM, I was never able to enter back into the game.

I made a new toon on the account and I was able to enter the game with the new toon but still can't with my old toon.

I noticed at the top of the character selection screen that there was a blank in the section where it states your current zone that the toon is in.

Hopefully, someone can provide me some assistance and guidance on what I should/could do.

same issue

I relogged due to lag spikes in Sarlo (ranging from 2-5s lag spikes).

Now I can't log back in on my main toon, there is no 'zone' in character selection page for that toon. All other toons on that account can login and also toons on a different account.

Bii dc'd around 2-3 hrs ago... I tried to relog about 10mins ago.

Please advise or at least acknowledge this as an issue.

Will be submitting a ticket after this post as the trend of RoM seems to be endless tickets to support for an automated reply.

Check Mika's post in Tech Info - its an ongoing issue and should be fixed soon. You're not the only ones affected. :)

FWIW, it is not specific to Sarlo. I run Sarlo fine and several crashes produced no bad results - I was back in the place where I left off after restarting client. But running old Energy Drink daily in Syrbal Pass and crashing hard (as in, the game client not even giving me the usual crash report ) moved me to limbo with exact same symptoms as described above. It is the client or server issue, not a zone issue.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

So now they've cancelled - CANCELLED! - the special maintenance to fix the log in issue. Not delayed, not rescheduled, CANCELLED! Is the OSHA server now abandoned?

Hi,

Same as above; can't login - all i did is restart client while inside house!, never crashed; now everything loads but when trying to enter world, nothing happens. Other toons on same account work, tried other account, works too.

I hope there is a solution soon plz.

Before this, how often did you guys crash in game. I mean in 6-8 hour section, would you crash if you change zones? I haven't played since mid May and it was 1 crash per day for me. Was it any better?

About the same ROMage depending on your computer some crash more but everyone crashes at least once a day due to the memory leak.
