It doesn't affect everyone. While it does seem to affect a large number of people this is most likely caused by a bad "hop" when getting routed to the US servers. If you do a traceroute, and then track each IP, you can see the exact path you take when connecting to the US servers. another thing you could do is look for any ping timeouts in the traceroute or look for abnormally high response time. I have yet to contact my ISP about my route, but a couple days ago, I saw that I was getting routed to France and Japan in order to connect to the servers (which are located in Miami, FL) when I live in Ohio.

Unable to stay connected

just updated client today and I can login just fine. when I first started playing I was good for about 15min. then my ping started climbing and eventually kicked me. Tried logging back in several times and ping starts to climb right away and ends with kicking me to login. I usually run around 50-60 ping. and games has been working just fine before update.

checked my internet it is fine and rebooted my router and that is fine. Any ideas or is it in the patch.

Hello,
Today I am attempting to run RoM without the help of WTFast. So far no crashes. WinMTR still has the same result as before. I don't know if I am traveling to a different IP address to connect or not. In either case, I have not disconnected yet and have had the game running for approximately 3 hrs.

Disregard, I am still having the same issues with lag and disconnect. Just when everything seems to be running fine, I will suddenly not be able to move, cast, chat, etc., then the crash comes. Back to using WTFast, hoping for a solution or a point in the right direction for this.

Log in problem

I have logged onto my acc since the merge but now when I try I keep getting the acc /password incorrect notice and can't log on! ;(

The launcher is set to the correct region/language and the acc name is correct, and I typed the password slowly to avoid a typo! :mad:

Anyone know wth is the problem? :confused:

You're getting the notification for the primary password? I'd double check the region on the game client, double check to make sure caps lock isn't on, double check your username, attempt logging into the website to change your password, and, if all else fails, sending in a ticket to support.

Erebos server. It started with a crash at 11pm EST while I was in Arcanium arena. Couple techies on IRC and my guild's voice chat were unable to find the problem. They think it may just start working again in a few days. Of course that means I miss the much needed xp event.

The RoM game client installs with Region/Language settings set for Europe.
Hit that big red button on the game launcher, change it to USA and you should be fine.
