RoM Wish List
-Check stuck reports and fix bad terrain, Tergothen Bay is really bad.
-Alter guild castle structure so players don't get hung up during seige war. Make tops and sides of walls smooth.
-Central Plaza fountain... turn off the water.
-Remove junk from the streets of Dalanis/Delayness.
-Hackman and Bedim fixes would be nice.
-Itemshop overhaul. Some things are just overpriced. Fruit of Forgetting for 149 diamonds? Then we need a ton of Daily Reset Tickets too...
-Make Undefeatable King ISS passive. There is no way to use it in siege. It has limited use and requires 2 separate buttons to operate. No good against unlimited Shadow Prison or mage stun+attack macros. Play a warrior/rogue and tell me this is fair.
-Make NPCs with available quests appear on map and have "!" over them at all times. Chasing quests is ridiculous.
-Link Dalanis snoop to Varanas.
-Make $99.99 Ultimate Game Card (only card available in Canada) diamond purchases available. We'd like the good deals too.
-Restore Drill Grounds honor points payouts (at least some of it) as now crafting costs are rising again.
-Reduce/remove Fire Training effects. In a game with known performance issues (little blue pills won't fix em) this skill is just stupid.
-Move ISS vendor OUT of Dalanis so no one needs to go there.
-Fix proximity issue with tiles in Course of Terror. They don't always pop up. Maybe make them clickable (as a secondary option) like key tiles.
I don't think this is an unreasonable list.
Are the guild castle textures really that big of an issue? I've been playing siege since it was introduced and not once have I been stuck on a wall, yes I have fallen into a wall, but I attribute that to wonky texture loading since it happens very rare for me.
Item shop overhaul.... that's a whole thread on it's own (which has already been done btw).
I don't play a warrior, but I don't really see an issue with that ISS. I know a few warriors in the past who used to use it a lot in siege with no issues, maybe they changed it since then I don't know. Looking in item preview, it doesn't seem like it's that hard to use honestly.
I would rather they didn't put a "!" over every npc's head that has a quest available to me. If you complete a map when you're there, then you won't have to go back and "chase quests" as you put. The quests that people often bypass are instance quests, but those are few and far between overall. Using your map and/or minimap can tell you where available quests are.
You do know that you can remove effects of other players, right? A simple check box takes care of this. If it's your own fire training that is causing the problems, there is nothing saying you NEED to cast it. Yes, I know it helps and I know what it does, but if it's that much of a problem, maybe it's something to consider?
Where would you have them move the Item Set Skill vendor too? It's not like you get a new set skill every few days. You only have 8 class specific ones, along with the crafting and others, so maybe 12 total? Is it really that much of a pain to go to that vendor a handful of times, then never have to go back again?
The tiles in CoT can be clicked even if they don't spawn.
*EDIT*
A guildie told me about using the ISS you mentioned. Like I said I never played a warrior, but he tells me that it really is a pain to use. I don't have any suggestions on how to fix it, maybe get some feedback from the warrior forum?
