[DESPERATE] My Character Is Gone Please oh Please Help Me Get it Back

Hi guys,

So I haven't played ROM since 2010, and I logged in for the first time today. My character is gone! I played on Govinda, and i put over $200 worth of diamonds into that guy! I googled Solutions and people say my character isn't really gone. I tried creating a new character to refresh the list but nothing came up. I think the characters name was penalty2 was a rouge/scout/priest, and the email it was associated with was [Removed]. PLEASE HELP ME GET HIM BACK!

Not to rain on your parade here, but the 3rd class was only available in 2012 on official runes of magic servers. So either you remember your classes incorrectly, your date of play incorrectly, or you didn't have a character on any of the official servers.

Yea I think I have the wrong date, I was definitely playing on official servers, and I know my classes.

Hi,

The only way to get any resolution to your issue would be to go through Support.
You will find a link at the top of the forums or via my signature.
Since you haven't been around the game for a while, you will need to register a new support account. When registering, please use the email address associated with your game account.
