I can login Game, Forum and Support. But I can not login website.

No idea why. Even me use "Forgotten my password", it only change my game account password. But I still can not use the new password to login website, what can I do now? Any idea? Thank you. ;(

Make sure you are trying to log onto the US site and not the UK site. There is a small drop down menu in the center top of the page. I made that mistake until I noticed the drop down. If it's on the US version, you should have no problems logging into the site.

It's also worth noting that the website now requires your email address to log in and not your account name.

But it stilll tell me login failed. Any idea?

If so, you might relate that info to support in a reply and I am sure they will work with you to get it sorted.

As per the above reply, I think you might have to go through support. Link is on main menu here on forums or via my signature.
Also note, that if you haven't used support in a while, you will need to register an new support account. It's advised that you use the same email that is registered to your account when doing so. It helps support verify it is you.

website wont work for me either

I tried buying diamonds today and had same problem and I also ended up resetting my game pass and can find no way to acct management to change it since there is no place on new login screen to do that and i also cant redeem my zeevex codes cant find place to do that either. bought diamonds 2 times last week doing same thing i doing today only diffrence is other day every thing worked today it wont so saved me some money.

Since this seems to be a continuing problem for some people, I ran a couple of tests. These did not include changing passwords--main or secondary game passwords, or the website password.

NB: Your website password does not have to be the same as your game password. If you have changed your game password, it will not work for logging onto the website. It is for logging on to the game only.

First test: I logged into my main private account on the US RoM website's main page, using the email address for the account and the existing password. I had no trouble with the login. I was able to click on the "Top-up Diamonds" icon/link and was immediately sent to the proper page (server selection). I did not go any further with this test.

Second test: I went to the EU RoM website's main page and, using the dropdown at the top middle of the page, changed to the US RoM website. Once again, I logged in to my main private account and was completely successful in doing so--no problems whatsoever.

I can also attest that you cannot use your account name to log in--Yrcanos is correct. That feature, sadly, no longer works. I used that all the time, but i also remember the email address that goes with that particular account, and it has never changed.

The only conclusions that I can come up with are that the people who are continuing to have website login issues are either using the wrong email address for their accounts, using the wrong password for their accounts, or a combination of both--wrong email address and password. Another possible issue is the previously-mentioned multiple accounts tagged to a single email address. If this is the case, Support is definitely the only answer.

Possible helpful hint: If you have changed ISPs but never changed your account email address from the old ISP, try using that address during login.

Otherwise, I have to agree with Beren that your only recourse is to contact Support and ask them to assist you. In that respect, ask Support to change your main website account email and password, and supply the email address you wish to have linked to your website account. Support should also give you a new password which you can later change to one that you prefer, if you like.

immediately after that I was able to log onto the account that I could not log onto prior

Just figured I would toss that bit out there! hope it helps someone else

Good catch. I haven't had to clear my cache, but I have had to delete the cookie (and file for it) for the website a few times.

As others have stated, ever since they changed the main website to the newer look, and moved everything around, I cannot log in with my email address and password. They work for logging into support, but not to the main website. I can log in with my secondary account, but upon logging in, as Wolfbabe stated, there is no drop down to redeem zeevex codes anymore. Any ideas where you guys hid this?

This is ridiculous. I just came across the new website look and now I cannot log in to buy diamonds either.

At the moment my issue is that the password I have used all along is no longer long enough. The site requires 8 characters and mine is only 7, so I get blocked before I might even run into any other issues, and I do have multiple accounts attached to the same email so am likely to continue to run into issues even if I do manage to get past this.


No, I do not have a support account and never will. 'Got tired of jumping through hoops to no avail around here.

This place makes things way too difficult.


So I guess I will no longer be purchasing diamonds, at least until they do something about this new setup - like put it back the way it was when things were actually working.

True, but when they add something new and don't make allowances for something that was allready in place and worked perfectly fine prior to then it really needs to be looked at again.

The last time I went through support was when the houses glitched and so many of us lost chests and their contents. I was told to send in a separate ticket for each toon affected, so 17 tickets later I got 4 form replies and nothing was ever returned, not even the chests themselves.

It's hard to have faith in a system that continually seems to let us down. I'd rather not have my accounts touched and keep them intact then risk something happening and losing everything on any or all of them.


...and in a scenario like this there should not have been any need to jump through hoops in the first place.

Funny (and for some reason the quoting system is working again, yay!), but back when the Leather Storage Chests (and other items in the first house furniture slot) disappeared, I was able to create and submit a pair of tickets that detailed each and every item that disappeared--including the items in the chests.

On one character, all I wanted back was the chest, since the items that were in the "disappeared" chest were low-level crafted food items that I really had no use for. The chest was replaced by an Item Shop 20-slot Storage Chest. Worked for me.

On the other character, I lost a piece of XP furniture (it was in slot 1), the Leather Storage Chest, and every item in it (gear pieces and IS runes). I had an advantage, though: I had (and have) the Inventory Viewer addon installed. I was able to take a look at its record and detail each and every item that was in the "disappeared" chest. The only thing I failed to do was provide the durability of the 3-5 missing gear pieces.

That character received the IS 20-slot Storage Chest, all the IS runes that went missing, as well as the gear pieces, all of those at 100 dura. That character also got back the XP furniture piece--I provided the precise name of the item.

I did not bother with other characters I no longer played that lost chests and items.

Lesson learned: Inventory Viewer, even though it doesn't yet support the third character gear page, is priceless and a Must Have.
Just have to be careful and do not scan the third gear page or it will lock up the game and screw your pages up. Also, go through all
of your storage items--housekeepers included--fairly regularly, then relog after you've done that. If you crash, log back in and repeat,
then log off to save the info.


If you didn't give accurate (and truthful) information, or tried to "game" Support to get items you never had in the first place--and I'm not saying you did that--then you were bound to be disappointed.

I've always had good relations with and results from Support, whether Frogster or Gameforge.
