Interesting.. I had the same issue Tuesday with support portal not having the US servers listed.
I filed the ticket anyway making sure that I specified Artemis server and my character's name.
Got a reply on Wednesday.
Replied to the reply ticket Wednesday providing more information.
On Thursday, had another reply to my ticket letting me know that the issue was fixed.
All in all, GREAT turnaround time. Oh, and for those wondering, I was stuck on the quest Battle Status. Thank you very much support (whichever you are - EN, EU, or whatever).
