Well I was going to file a Support ticket but...



So I go to the http://us.runesofmagic.gameforge.com home page, click on Support, and I login. Get to this page where it asks for my server...and Reni isn't listed. As a matter of fact, only the EN servers are listed? Guess I won't be reporting that spam bot WC that he has gold for sale?

Hate to tell you, but you logged in to the Euro support portal. Go to http://support.us.runesofmagic.com/index.php. THAT is the US support portal with all US servers listed.

Looking at this further, the Support links on the US webpages all lead to the EU support site. I have forwarded the error.

Make sure you read where I mentioned I made sure I was on the United States of America page when I clicked 'Support' on the home page. Of course, I wasn't able to submit my ticket anyway, since the 512KB screenshot limit is there.

You still are on the EU page as your screenshot shows- support.us.runesofmagic.com is the correct one.

When the Serverlist is fixed it would not matter much where you file it because the tickets can be moved with a simple click between communites, but it will certainly take longer because it would not be noticed before someone looks at your ticket and every community (<game>.<language>) has their own ticket queue. While it would not be lost - it certainly takes longer.

That said, the error on that is not on your side but on the homepage per se, which points to the wrong page, as Yrcanos already pointed out.

So please file the ticket on support.us.runesofmagic.com - the link via the forum home is correct. ;-)

Interesting.. I had the same issue Tuesday with support portal not having the US servers listed.

I filed the ticket anyway making sure that I specified Artemis server and my character's name.

Got a reply on Wednesday.

Replied to the reply ticket Wednesday providing more information.

On Thursday, had another reply to my ticket letting me know that the issue was fixed.

All in all, GREAT turnaround time. Oh, and for those wondering, I was stuck on the quest Battle Status. Thank you very much support (whichever you are - EN, EU, or whatever).
