Seriously!#%@$!!@#$! Password/username error

I have played this game before, and countless other games with Much more tasking Registration procedures.... I have even registered successfully for this game before.. well i decided to make a new account, and after everything, i try to log in, "Password/username" error incorrect information..... Ummmm no.. no it isnt incorrect. I JUST MADE THE ACCOUNT! so whatever , i go change my damn password, and have email verification with it sent to me! ..... Try new password.... NOTHING!!!!! IM about to delete this game just out of pure frustration... why the hell would it tel me Info is wrong if im copying it directly from my successful registration email.... Seriously Irritating, Withholding rage..... -_-

check your region settings on the launch screen.
Did you register at Runesofmagic.us ?

That's happening to me as we speak.. I just registered (for a second time too)
...changed regions, looked all over the forums..
..............anyone alive to help?

Hiya,

When you registered your account, did you make sure to register on the correct Country page?
For US you need register an account here.
Once that is done, then select the corresponding Region to match in launcher and you should be good to go.

Reply back if you still are having issues.

Huh.. I knew I had an account with you guys..
It wasn't this complicated the last time I downloaded the game.
Well thanks, Mod-person, I am now going to try to log into my game
with my US account.

Always better to ask a question with some calm and not using bad words. Gameforge is actually doing a great job for us since the last 2 months, not perfect i agree, but better than we had before.

Keep your questions and arguments in a polite manner, if you wish to get your issue resolved ;-).
