Login email fail.

Mods,

I could use your help. Seems I'm unable to log into my old account and download the game. To my knowledge my account has not been deleted or banned. I've tried to submit a ticket, but since I can't login I find myself in a catch-22. Also, I've tried a password reset, but that thing has never worked right for me. After inputting my Email for the reset info to be sent, no error was given, so I'm waiting for that Email to arrive.

Ingame account issues are something that would have to be dealt with through Support.

Follow this link: http://support.us.runesofmagic.gameforge.com/ > Register a new account using the email you have registered for the game account(since you have been away for a while, I assume you have not been to the newer support site) and supply them with as much information that you have. They will assist you from there.

I think I've been to the new Gameforge support site after Froggy bailed and their ROM support site went down. I updated my login info and added the new info to a PW list off computer, but that info seems to not be working.

Also, won't creating a new account lose all my info, like my hard earned 72/72 toon? I really don't want to have to start over from scratch.

Support and Game account log ins are completely separate. Therefore it will not have any effect on your main game account, thus your toon.
I just mentioned your in game account email be used whilst registering with support, so as they can more easily verify you as the user.

Ok, so I was finally able to get into the Gameforge/ROM account info. And I've noticed that I'm no longer able to really do much of anything. Namely, change my IG Password. Any reason for this? I recall getting a number of Emails about logging into the account and changing our passwords for whatever the reason, we'll call it security. But now, we can't even do that. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this issue. Is it possible, this game is gearing up to be mothballed? With all the new stuff coming out, It make me wonder.

Ok, so I've managed to get logged into the Account Management again, must of been a glitch or something lastnight. So, since I can't recall my main IG password, I changed it so many times, I guess what I had written down doesn't work anymore. Is there a working way to reset my main IG login in screen PW? When I try it within Account Management I get a PW fail.
