good job on restarting the servers that fast. last time it took a while before servers were restarted. I hope this performance continues in the future. :)

After visiting each US server and Thalia, from what I can see, all should be back to normal.
If any further issues arise, please inform us via this thread or IRC and we will try to get it rectified as soon as possible.
Again, sorry for the troubles. We too are players and it affects all of us.

just got kicked to login while I was distracted. checking servers and the usual 4 down, Osha, Reni and Palenque up but on Osha at least there's no houses or guild

Reni house zone not open. Was going to do some late night soloing but I guess I'll pass. At least Reni isn't completely down like some of the other servers.
WTB name change on my alt toon due to P/S IB nerf.

Compensation?

Will there be any compensation to those effected by the continuation of this issue? Due to it would be the fourth week in a row of servers going down, I feel that it would be in good interest to your users to be rewarded for their patience while you correct this issue at hand. :(

I actually would expect there to be something in the way of compensation for this, but I wouldn't expect it before the issue gets resolved - heh, could be awhile yet by the look of things ;)

Okay folks,

I have sent the info related to all the server issues onto IT.
They have informed me they are currently looking into it.

As per my previous post, check back here or on IRC for any updates.

As to your questions;

I have no information about when Osha will be returning to 3 channels.
Re: compensation - not my call
As for why this is happening every Sunday; If we knew, don't you think it wouldn't be happening?

And as for coffee, you bet, large mug already filled a 3rd time :)

Yes, we know about that as of the current issues.

What I was referring to about Osha is that it has only had one channel for well over a month.

the servers are crashing, the servers are crashing...screams chicken Lamillie, can you feel that Majik touch? It has Beren such a long time since there was peace in Taborea.
