Anyone know anything about what's going on with Ultimate Game Cards?
I bought diamonds today and went to go redeem my card and got an email saying "We have received your payment for Runes Of Magic. It has not yet been accepted by Runes Of Magic but we are working with them to quickly correct the problem." I was trying to make a ticket but I couldn't find the right place/subjects to file it under for support.
Well im glad i didnt have that problem with the card but maybe you entered the number wrong or they card wasnt activated in the store i didnt have a problem with it.
Yes only problem i had was my account timed out and i had to logg it back in but i fogot the password so i had to reset it other than that i had no problem using the card.
Hmm I don't know what's going on with my purchase then, but the email said "working with them to quickly correct the problem." and I sent a ticket in, so I'll give them another week before I phase myself out of the game for good..
My local walmart started selling only $25 ultimate game cards and with the dia's only uses 20 and it says i have like $10 on a balance and to use pay by cash option to redeem is that money just wasted?
For any problems that involves a cash transaction (purchase of diamonds), I strongly recommend you select "Billing" when you make your ticket: http://support.us.runesofmagic.gameforge.com/
it is a balance and the next time you buy a card and add it on the payment page there will be a box on right side that says you have a balance and you can sign in and use it.
