You need to open a support account, and work it through with them.

Please submit a ticket thru Support with all the information you have.
When registering (if you do not have an account set up with this support portal), be sure to use the same email address you have connected to your ingame account.

Support will be the only place you can get your account checked into. Our forums are not the platform in which we deal with accounts.
