You do know your support account is completely independent of your game account, right? Create a new support account and tell them what your issue is, that's the ONLY way to get this resolved.I can't create a support account or reset my secondary password, Also my Runes Of Magic account isnt on my gameforge account

i cant make a support account it wont send the email

i dont get any error message or anything, and the message isnt in the spam folder ethieri cant make a support account it wont send the email
Try the following:
Make sure you typed the email address correctly.
Try checking your mail program 'spam' folder. (Or 'Junk')
Try your provider/ISP 'spam' folder. (Or 'Junk')
Try re-registering: http://support.us.runesofmagic.gameforge….php?action=reg
Let us know how you get on & about any specific error message you receive.
