Problems regarding Ultimate Game Cards

I'm not sure if this is a issue on the side of Runewaker/Gameforge but for some reason I am not able to login to the "PayByCash" to use my remaining balance. It just loops. I end up having to contact PayByCash every single time when making a purchase using my balance, which usually leads to me missing sales or double diamonds with it. The only reason I am posting it here is because I have noticed every other game who allows this method of payment has their own portal for the PayByCash thing. Just makes me think that the code embedded has a scripting error or possibly not up to date I would appreciate if this could be looked into and see what can be done. I'm fairly sure EVERYONE who uses this method of payment for RoM is experiencing this or has, as it works fine on other various games.

Ultimate Game Card

I am having trouble too.

I have, through other card over payments, have a balance with them of $25. They say all I need to do to apply this balance to a diamond purchase is to go to the RoM diamond buying site... select the "Paybycash" option and the amount will be applied.

There is no "Paybycash" option to select.

So... as far as I am concerned... I have been ripped off for $25.

I think RoM needs to be more vigilant and follow up on what we customers are being told by these folks who they have entrusted the money of their customers to.

It'd be nice to have that option for payment we have been told was there to access the money we have already spent.

Selecting the Ultimate Game Card option is technically the PayByCash option. My problem I cannot log in to use my balance. It just constantly loops and tells me to log in. I have to contact PayByCash customer support EVERYTIME to use my balance. Sadly by the time they reply or finalize the order sales are usually over with. For instance this weekend is double diamonds, I have a significant balance but I have to wait on their customer support to do it for me. Chances are i'll miss double diamonds.

As I stated before this seems to be an issue on RoM's end because other games are not having this problems. Each game that uses PayByCash has it's own unique custom page/portal to do so. I just noticed RoM's is so far out of date that it still says Frogster America. This needs to get fixed ASAP as it really is taking money out of peoples hands.

Ah yes... that loop. I haven't missed the sale... but I did miss out on buying the amount I wanted.

I have had the worst trouble in this game regarding buying diamonds. First... the site you end up at for selecting the credit card option seems not to like the fact that my debit card is from a local credit union and not a national bank and has never let me use it, and seems the same case for icardmall as they "flagged" my card and returned my payment. And of course there is now The Ultimate Game Card giving me trouble.

Sad thing is... I have been playing a total of seven months (took a long break when my old computer died) and my only real issue with this game isn't so much the crashes... bugged events... the bad lagg in certain spots... or even that some players/guilds are using model folders in Siege War (I am probably the only one in the guild that considers it a compliment when players/guilds against us have to cheat to win)... but my biggest frustration is over trying to give RoM money.

I have paid to play other online games but this is the only game so far that makes it a hassle to shove money at them.
