Since its been a long time, the most common website login issue associated with older accounts is that Frogster used to allow 1 email for multiple accounts. Thats not the case anymore with Gameforge, if your email currently is tied to multiple accounts then you will need to contact support.
The support link has changed as well and will require a new support account also, before you contact support, create new emails for each extra game account that is tied to the same email as your main game account. Your current email will be used for your main account and the extras will be connected to the extra emails from then on.
Use your current email for your new support account and then create a support ticket. Provide support with as much detail as possible and also the following...
- your current email
- all of your accounts connected to that email
-- a list of your newly created emails
-- and which email you would like to use for each account.
It may take a little time to get you situated but please try and be patient as you wait for support to finish assisting you, before they help they will contact your at your current email to verify who you are and request more info if they need it.
