Oh my!

Wow, havent play in a long time....

Tried logging in website >,< can't even after successful password reset!! It's sucks hoping my game account still work. It really suck these things change so much! :rofl:

Since its been a long time, the most common website login issue associated with older accounts is that Frogster used to allow 1 email for multiple accounts. Thats not the case anymore with Gameforge, if your email currently is tied to multiple accounts then you will need to contact support.

The support link has changed as well and will require a new support account also, before you contact support, create new emails for each extra game account that is tied to the same email as your main game account. Your current email will be used for your main account and the extras will be connected to the extra emails from then on.

Use your current email for your new support account and then create a support ticket. Provide support with as much detail as possible and also the following...

- your current email
- all of your accounts connected to that email
-- a list of your newly created emails
-- and which email you would like to use for each account.

It may take a little time to get you situated but please try and be patient as you wait for support to finish assisting you, before they help they will contact your at your current email to verify who you are and request more info if they need it.

Thanks for getting back to me.. It's been busy over here so I'm glad I got the time to check on my post. I have started a ticket. Hope to hear from someone soon... Take your time no rush..

yeah I did have 2 account, that did/are using the same email. I had registered the second account using a different email. But then later changed it to the same email the main account is on I think. It's hard to remember all this stuff as I had to change my details alot over the course of my playing time. (Stupid ppl ruining good things) I'm just glad I didn't go account crazy and just stuck with my main account really, played a little on the secondary.

Afaik you can separate the accounts simply by logging into the website and then selecting the email accounts you want associate to each account then confirming in your email inbox, atlesst thats what I did and I got a free golden hammer :D

Thread title made me think George Takei had started playing RoM :D.

As mentioned elsewhere, this is an issue with Skrill and not RoM/Gameforge.
