Problem with logging in

Hello,

I have just recently returned to Runes of Magic. I can log into the website just fine, but when I try to log into the game with my info I get an error. I tried resetting my password, contacting support and everything. I found something called a second password on my account and tries resetting it but nothing happens. If anyone could please help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

You can log in to the website & reset your secondary passwords from the Account Management section there.

It might take up to 15 minutes for the reset to fully occur, but it should happen pretty much instantly.

I understand your pain

what he saying is he has tried to reset his second password only because it will not let "US" in the game for I am also stuck. Its the fact I completed registration to the site and it is so far i just wanna :dash: :dash: :dash: :dash: for its annoying to not be able to get in to the game.

Make sure you have the game client's Region and Language set to USA/English if you're trying to log into the US game.

Same problem

I'm having the exact same issue. It started with my old account (and my husband's as well. We haven't played in 2 - 3 years). I combed the forums, did everything that was suggested. When none of that worked, I got the bright idea to create a new account. Guess what....can't log in with that either. We've checked, and rechecked, and checked our launchers again. We've submitted tickets, so we'll see if they can straighten it out. I know last year (according to the forum posts I read) there was an issue with changing passwords. For the record, I did try to change my password because I had no idea what it was. My husband, who is having the exact same issue, did not.
