Account or Password Error

I've been away for over a year now and I'm trying to come back. I've got several accounts, and as I was trying to login, I am finding that all of them are giving me the error "Account or password error" So I created a new account, just to see if it was that somehow I did manage to forget my passwords (I'm not very forgetful). And this brand new account gives me the same error. Is this a problem that's going on lately?

And a secondary question? Has Gameforge changed and begun deleting inactive accounts because I've got a good $500 into one of my characters and I don't appreciate it being wasted if that's the case.

EDIT: I resolved the problem myself. I had the wrong region selected for the launcher. I've played this game for years and not failed that hard. XD
