PayPal

So I purchased some diamonds earlier with PayPal and had the money taken directly out of an account that was linked to it. A few hours later I tried to buy some more diamonds and did exactly what I did before, except this time it was sending the money through an eCheck. After reading a little bit more, it said that the money would be received in 3 to 5 days.

My question is, will I still be getting the promotional amount of diamonds, the 140%? Or am I only going to get the regular amount? I probably am going to have to open up a ticket for this, but was hoping someone would have some helpful info to calm my nerves a bit.

Sending in a support ticket for the category Payment, it will redirect you to Gameforge's Billing Support. Provide them with as much information as you can regarding your second purchase. That is the best way to get a direct answer.

You can get to the support page by clicking the Support link at the bottom of my post.

Was this 1st time purchase with Paypal? Those take a while for 1st time, several days. And, yes, you get the amount of dias you bought even if arrived late. So, 140% should be in effect; if the transaction goes horribly wrong and you need support, mention that, though, that you got dias during sale. But you should not need to.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.
