I apologize any inconvenience this may present but we can not assist you with support tickets on the forums, it is best that you stay in contact with billing support and direct any questions you may have regarding your ticket to them.
As for the fax, I'm sure support would not mind if you emailed the info but it is still best to double check with the person handling your ticket before you send ANY personal info.
Also please verify that it is actually a "Genuine" support ticket and not a random phishing scam of any kind.
To verify it is a real response, below are 2 things you should do.- Log into your support account and make sure that the ticket number there matches the ticket number in the email you received.
- You will also find a "Key" and "Checksum" in that email, click this link --> Ticket History and enter the info required on that page to view your ticket and any responses you have sent/received.
You can never be too careful with your personal info.
